The AFc/pnc members of the police force are a bad example for the nation. They collect bribes to help the AFC fund raising effort for the next campaign. 

The policemen accept bribes because they are paid a measly salary. The PPP big wigs and their cronies steal all the money from the treasury so there is nothing left to pay workers such as policemen, teachers, civil servants, etc. Try surviving in Guyana on $50,000 a month when it costs $45,000 to rent a cubbyhole in Guyana.
