When people wake up in de morning dem never know how de day would go unless dem always planning to scam somebody. Nuff people does wake up wid a plan to rob somebody. Larry wake up every day and want to mek money. That is not a bad thing, but when mekking money involving robbing people that is something else.
Dem had a local airline name GA2000. It fail and people believe that Larry was de cause. Yesu still holding he head, because he never see what was coming.
Dem boys remember de place over de seawall. It was a nice spot, then Larry own it. De Ministry of Public Infrastructure seh he didn’t have permission to do de wuk he started wid all dem bulldozer, so dem stop him.
He didn’t even try to fight the matter in court. Instead he lef that and start to think bout other ways. Now he got a doctor in trouble. He is not de only one. Dem have people who sit down and hear that dem win some prize. Dem didn’t enter nutten, not de doctor, but dem believe dem win. People mek thousands of dollars from dem by mekking dem buy phone cards. A lawyer even get ketch up in this scam, and is not that he hand to mouth.
Some does send money to people who tell dem that somebody dead and lef money fuh dem. This person dead in Africa, but the Guyanese don’t even stop to think how this person find dem. De message is that dem stand to get couple million dollars, but dem got to spend money to get it.
Dem boys want to know how come people don’t ask de people to mek de deduction from de money. But as dem boys know, people always mek money de easy way, not realizing that dem actually giving away de little that dem have.
Some people also come up wid a scam. Dem does pretend to be somebody who stranded in some foreign country and need money. De people who plan this don’t even know if de person ever had a visa. But that is wha does happen when you wake up looking fuh other people money.
Talk half and watch out fuh dem who want to tek you money fuh nutten. Not de doctor.
