Impossible. Ramakant_P said that Indians will be replaced with blacks. Roopnarine ain't black so Rama would not accept this appointment. It goes against PPP rhetoric.

No wonder the PPP will lose. Not onky do they focus only on the Indian vote, but then they have stringent criteria as to what an Indian is.
Some one better tell them that this isnt 1970 when Indians were 52% of the population.
