You did not say they are given lands en mass. I am simply consolidating . . .

uh huh

This is the  naked lie and the poison you wish to attribute to him "telling the world that Black people rule the economic roost in Guyana and Indos are at the bottom, behind Amerindians . . . sorta"

non sequitur as regards the "lands en mass" lie you trying to run away from

but yes, that is the corollary . . . if Bisram is citing him correctly

well, is Bisram citing Shuman correctly?

quit appealing to a logical fallacy that could find applicability right here with you.

You try to sell the story that Indians were given lands while blacks were deprived and  now you quibble on the exactness of phrases capture the theme. As I said, it it the context, the text and the subtext. The context is that it is a lie; the text framed in any way sell a tall tale, and  the subtext is your usual meme making of woe is the black man perpetually oppressed...and in this instance by Indians being gifted lands deferentially.

Well sorry...we are all in the same poverty mill and whatever advantages that the politicos promise using ethnic appeals  to capture the state does not materialize in benefits to the masses...of all peoples. Otherwise our state would not be such a contradiction...bountiful in natural riches yet its people are grindingly poor.

nah, simply not true

you just pretending not to understand the difference between Indo-cronies of Jagdeo being gifted extraordinarily valuable chunks of Guyana's wealth and a gifting of similar things (never happened) to the East Indian masses

it's an old technique the intellectually bereft, the stunted dunce and the weak-minded here try on when they run out of 'air'

that's all
