No! The seawall is high and wide. I know that because I used to run from Victoria Koker to Golden Grove Koker on most evenings.

Not high enough. Me see the Atlantic at the top of the GT sea wall at high tide and global warming na done yet.  Guyana is in big trouble with rising sea levels, including the coast with depleting mangrove. The areas at risk were recently posted on this forum.

I remembered plunging into those waves on some mornings when the tide was high before going to school. It was fun. There were shell beaches at Cove and John at that time. Good old days.

I do not believe the PPP can use wisely that kind of revenues. One would expect a development similar to Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle-East countries. Sadly, from what exists of the PPP, I can only see a Nigeria. Not even close to a Venezuela in its chaos. The PNC would be no better either, present crop of Indians and Blacks politicians are too petty.

You are the doomsday predictor. Do you think the FLAPNU government would do better considering their history of thefts and draining the treasury?

Whilst you guys are trying to bring down the PPP, they are making progress in all sectors. Tons and tons of projects are about to be implemented into the Economy.

Meanwhile, the APNU/AFC and their supporters are sitting on their asses and cry .

This is the normal language for most in the PPP, led by the Barrat and also Mustapha.  Their language, also to women, is the most rotten with no respect and they want to lead a country. It is no wonder there is so much violence in Indian families, this is the example their leaders use.

Their lack of intelligence is due to their lack of education and cultural  upbringing. They con people to vote for them, that they ignore afterwards.

Dealing with PPP supporters like Rama is a disgrace to the Indian race. When they fail to find proper words to use, they knock down the person with vulgar language. It will not be a big surprise if Rama treats his immediate family in a similar manner.

It is most unfortunate that the youth in Guyana see  this kind of leadership as the best they should follow and the Indian culture and life style continue to deteriorate.
