For a country with less than 1 million people to get hit like this with a two-year visa for its students needs a retaliation step.  Two-year visas only for American students studying in Guyana. Also, the Guyana government should discourage people from studying in America where the cost is so much more expensive and instead choose low-cost India alternatives and some Scandanavian countries where tuition is free.

This because of the great respect that the USA has for the PPP.  Isn't that what the PPP and it's supporters here were peddling just a few days ago in relation to Pompeo's visit?  I can't believe how gullible some people are.

Libya has fallen badly after Gaddafi. It is now officially a shit hole country thanks to that A hole Obama. Yet black people would kiss his feet because of race.

Gaddafi had 400 million US dollars in a Canadian bank account to fund Libyan students studying in Canada. The Libyan students never had to work like other foreign students in Canada. Just look at how they have fallen.
