I am Guyanese...an amerind guyanese. I have expectations that does not involve party but Guyanese in general and Amerinds specifically.
Granger has to rein in the stick up boys. It is easy. Maybe we can help crowd fund the cameras on specific entry and exit points and help them with patrol cars. It is our duty if they do their duty.
Free university undergrad education for anyone who is qualified and chooses to study in the field of technology and medicine that successfully graduates.
If they can do free university for everyone then fine but special incentives need to be put in place to encourage people to go towards the tech and medical fields.
