I say they are not going to.  They cannot afford to lose in court.  They intend to keep granning as long as they could and keep harking about "cheated but not defeated."

An article 163 petition only made sense in the context of a preliminary injunction to prevent GECOM from declaring the election while the PPP tried to comb through the ballot boxes to come up with a couple thousand votes by hook or crook.

 

Post-swearing in, this petition in a place like Guyana isn't even worth toilet paper.
