IT's about time for the ruling PPP/C government to go directly to the international community in order to put an end to this combined opposition thuggery, where innocent citizens, mostly East Indians, have suffered at the hands of some elected terrorists. The 2012 budget, which was the sole responsibility of the government, was read by the Minister of Finance, Hon. Dr. Ashni Singh, on March 30, 2012, and general debate began on April 10, 2012.
On the eve of the debate on the estimates, the AFC MP, Khemraj Ramjattan, and APNU’s MP Carl Greenidge brought motions on the night of April 17 to cut the budget sub-heads for the employment of contracted workers in the Office of the President; the Ministries of Education, Housing and Water, Health, Labour, Human Services and Social Security.
The following day, April 18, 500 public servants including staff from the Parliament Office held peaceful pickets in front of the Parliament building against the proposed cuts by the opposition.
These motions were withdrawn at the April 18 sitting.

The international community must be informed why the opposition withdrew these motions.
They withdrew these motions because most of these workers are opposition PNC supporters.
It is hoped that the PPP/C government and those who have videos provide the international community of the blatant, wanton and vicious attack where people of mostly one ethnic group were beaten, robbed and sexually molested on Agricola Public Road.
It's high time the PPP/C government take serious action against these opposition elected terrorists.
When you see men such as Basil Williams and Winston Felix being elected to parliament by the PNC, then you know terror will never stop being perpetrated on innocent citizens of Guyana, mainly East Indians.

You are a lunatic. The right of the People over their budget is not the right of the administration alone. They create it and legislature consents or not. A system where the legislature is impotent to control the administration is a dictatorship.

The PPP and its habit of ethnic nepotism is injurious to the non Indian majority. Guyana should never be about ethnic group but about community. As long as we have ethnic identified parties and the means to power by race we will have dissent. It is the PPP's job to transition us to democracy but to this point they have instead created an ethnic hegemony that only bodes ill for our future.

The office of the president should not have contract workers. This is the PPP's attempt to create a patronage class. They should be independent administrative workers with the protections of a labor union and independent of political coercion. As contract workers they are slaves of the President or his ministers. This is an odious habit invented by the corrupt PPP. They are practicing corruption at industrial strength.

The PPP said the international community could not tell them what to do. They maintain their refusal of European aid to forge a strong anti crime industry was because they want to maintain autonomy. They offer the same explanation in their refusal to have a DEA manned location in Guyana. This idea that the international community can be the rescue to their corrupt practices is insulting to the international community. After all, they reject all and every criticism by the community to their entrenched corrupt habits. Only recently we see them contemptuously denouncing another international assessment of their practices.

Indeed, it is the sovereign right people to do all in their power to regain authority over their state when the rulers are become destitute and contemptuous for authority. The PPP claim of supremacy over the legislature is abject usurpation of authority. Their heavy handed in-transparent rule and reluctance to inform the nation on required accounting process is further evidence of their despotism.

To this end the Opposition has been too lax. They need to use parliamentary procedures to bring the PPP into compliance and other means as street protest they fail to comply. The PPP autocracy has to come to an end.

Utter nonsense, you neurotic fool. Your verbose essay is utter hogwash and gross nonsense. You talk of nepotism, but you do not reference the PNC(Prejudice, Nepotism and Crime). Go get a life. I see you are suffering from hypertension again. Be careful you might suffer a massive stroke.

It would be nonsense if you had some evidence to illustrate that point and I would be a neurotic fool if you could show some smart. The PNC is besides the point. They are not an excuse for the PPP industrial strength corrupting of the nations administration.

I can see  why you find comfort in Henry's conspiracy pontificating. You are like him. Sorry, no hypertension here. I am live out doors and if something is going to take me out is is more like falling off my bike down a rocky ridge line.

And please be a bit more creative than the trite "get a life bullshit". I obviously have a good one.
