Something is wrong at this police station, because no one is in charge. This happens when there is poor leadership at the top.
The owner of the horse should take the police to court. Horses are expensive animals to buy.

This is absolute cruelty, someone should be accountable.

Service and Protection....a woman go to the Police Headquarters fuh she own Protection ....and she get Rape by a Gorilla.
De commishioner seh she get service that is not Rape.

Just Look at these Animals.....them tie up the Injured Pregnant Horse with no Medical attention, food, grass or water....but Big Guts Ape free to Roam and Rape again....them cant charge Green.

That horse got premier treatment. You should see how prisoners are treated inside brickdam police station.

Did you even read the article? The animal was taken to the police station after it was injured in an accident. The fact that it died does not mean a fault on the police's part. Maybe they should have taken it to Georgetown hospital in an ambulance.

Cruely to animals is a problem in Guyana. I have seen horse carts with loads that are so heavy that these loads should be transported by trucks.
