57% of Independents voters now disapprove of the way Obama is handling his job. Overall, 46% approve and 50% disapprove.

Obama’s approval rating on the deficit hit an all-time low, with only 32% giving Obama positive marks. Among independents, 70% disapprove, also a new high.

Here’s the entire poll summed up: Obama’s screwed.

The survey also polled Republican primary voters and found that Romney leads the field nationally at 33% followed by Rick Santorum’s 29% and Gingrich at 14%.
