From a management point of view, a meeting of all ministers is not a big logistical problem. This seems similar to what they called the "Gang of 8 in the PPP" with inner/outer circle.

Raphael Trotman is now looking after the ministry of information, or he doesn't have work to do.

The AFC members are a no show.

Harmon is doing everybody's work or is in charge of them.

It is very clear now that Moses has little or no power within the government. Harmon is the second most powerful person in the government. Ministers seem to be unaware of their remits. They all seem to be making it up as they go along, a lot about what they will do and very little of actual doing. Yes, they got their 40 percent in the cabinet but Granger pulled a fast one on them because he created all of these junior ministers, many of whom are understudying for a possible breakdown of the coalition.

I am pretty sure all PPP ministers were members of the Cabinet.

That's a cock and bull story about they have 40% of cabinet and then they appoint other Ministers out of that set, and don't think the AFC gets 40%.

Does AFC not get 40% of Ambassadors too?

Can you verify that, as junior Minister within the Ministry of Finance, Juan Edghill had the ability to over rule Ashni in cabinet?  Of course not.

Why waste cabinet's time with junior ministers?  I don't even know why they exist in the first place.
