I should know this area but I don't know who is involved in the development.  To whom are they planning to sell the "ocean view " properties?  Don't forget that the rising level of the Atlantic would make this a very risky investment.  When I visit I will stay with my Uncle Tula.

That's true this area is under threat of the rising level of the ocean, estimated to be between 0.5 and one metre below high tide.
