I am an  American  , all immigrants have to renounce their country citizenship to be an American.

Now tell what's the law for Guyanese ,who take up Citizenship of a foreign country. Also provide where i said ONLY , will stand corrected.

I know when I got my citizenship I had to renounce being a citizen of Guyana during the swearing-in session.
I am a bit surprised that some people claim dual citizenship. I know some people who are American citizens have a Guyana passport also.

That passport ting can happen, because Guyanese are left with their old  passport and some people renew. My Guyana passport is current. 

Canada allow dual citizenship, but politicians are not allow to.
