Please look at these facts:

1. Gecom staff is made up of 80-90% Afro-Guyanese

2. Gecom CEO, Lowenfield, Mingo, Gecom PRO, Asst to Lowenfield, the secretariat, etc are all Afro-Guyanese.

3. The Appeal Court Justices consist of 2 Afro-Guyanese to 1 Indian.

4. CARICOM observation team consists of all Afro-Caribbean folks.

5. When Granger took office in 2015, he replaced every Indian with Afro-Guyanese that are loyal to him.

6. The GDF and GPF are predominantly Afro-Guyanese.

7. Granger said he will respect the election results the first time. He then said he will respect the re-count result. He then tries to frustrate the re-count process. Then he made claims that he could not substantiate.

8. Back to the election recount process where we have seen videos of (PNC) poll workers tampering with the ballot envelopes.

9. We saw another video where a woman brought a box containing unknown stuff (claiming food for the staff) when it was illegal to do so during the election process. When an Indian guard objected to it, the woman sprayed him with something that appears to be pepper spray.

10. Minister Lawrence was seen on a computer with a Gecom officer as though she is employed by Gecom. Lawrence and Mindo signatures were on Region 4 tabulation. Lawerence spent hours with a GECOM accountant. GECOM promoted the IT staff to the supervisor of the recount of region 4 (he was caught tampering with the election.

 11. Granger is defying the world to tell them they are wrong and he is right. Please inspect your conscience and see if you can digest all the above and more to be true of what Granger wants you to believe.

Thank you, Petal

The 2020 election was coordinated to bring Guyana to this long drawn out process with results that suit APNU/AFC expectations. Granger went o parliament before GECOM was supposed to announce the result. He said what GECOM chair my say the result is null and void and he is going to do what had been done during the Hoyte administration. That is to fix the election problem which takes two years.

Question: Why everything coincides with Mingo and Lowenfield's report? Who is hoping to buy time? Who is rigging the election in plain sight?

Are Lowenfield and Mingo working for GECOM, PPP, or PNC?

Granger intention are: If we can't win the election. We must call for new election against the odds. Isn't this is what is happening? The PNC Attorney General Basil Williams said GECOM shouldn't declare a winner or a loser). Strange occurrences, eh?

For decades now I have been saying, Afro Guyanese runs the country whether it is the goverment or not.

Indo-Guyanese only wants the government. However, if they make a move to change the army, that will be trouble.

They make their beds and they must sleep in it. Or, make the ultimate sacrifice and change it little by little. There is no harm in doing what is right.

Moses Nagamootoo in the same Chronicle of March 8 wrote; “in the 2020 elections 473,352 persons voted, as against 412,012 in 2015. From those numbers, the APNU+AFC polled 237,004 votes and the PPP/C 229,344, which gives the former a narrow lead of 7,660 votes. Again, it was a narrow margin as in 2015. And when computed, the unofficial projection is that the Coalition would again have a one-seat majority in the National Assembly”.

After the CARICOM team concluded its observation, valid counted votes showed that the PPP won the contest by 15,000 votes a reality his AFC colleague, Khemraj Ramjattan, admitted to his ministerial staff. Now Nagamootoo has embraced the report of Lowenfield which concludes that the APNU+AFC won the election by a huge majority even beating the PPP in Berbice. Even the rigged election of 68, 73, 80, and 85 did not reflect a PPP loss in Berbice. In fact, since 1957 including all the fraudulent elections under Burnham, the PPP has won every general and local government contest in Berbice.

The obvious thing for Nagamotoo to do is to embrace decency and obligation and explain to the Guyanese people how he arrived at his figures that he published in the Chronicle and how he square them with the CARICOM pronouncement on the recount and Lowenfield’s Draculean outputs. We have gone to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), as I stated in my column yesterday that we would.
Nagamootoo, Ramjattan, and their APNU+AFC outfit keep losing in the CCJ because those top jurists are immune from the degenerate intricacies of Guyanese political sociology. Nagamootoo will not get his wish because GECOM has now suspended statutory meetings until the CCJ’s decision. The end is coming soon because CCJ will rule against them again.

But Nagamootoo knows full well that even if by some weird logic, Granger was sworn in, the era of APNU+AFC has come to an end. Sanctions will result in their political destruction. It is fitting to end with the application of a quote from Shakespeare to Ramjattan and Nagamootoo, “Men’s evil manners live in brass; their virtues we write in water” (from Henry V111).

CARICOM Chair reiterates winner to March 2 Elections should be declared using recount results

Even as the Caribbean Court of Justice has put a stay on the declaration on the final declaration of the results of Guyana’s election, CARICOM Chair, Mia Mottley, has issued a statement calling for all parties to stand by the recount results.

CARICOM Chairman and Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley

In the statement just issued, Mottley – under whose authority the national elections recount was supervised – stated:
“The CARICOM Observer Team was of the unshakeable belief that the people of Guyana expressed their will at the ballot box on March 2 and that the results of the recount certified as valid by the staff of GECOM led to an orderly conclusion on which the declaration of the results of the Election would be made.
Therefore, we must ask – on what grounds and by what form of executive fiat does the Chief Elections Officer determine that he should invalidate 1 vote, far less over 115 000 votes when the votes were already certified as valid by officers of the Guyana Elections Commission in the presence of the political parties.”
The CARICOM leader urged Guyanese to remain patient and expressed CARICOM’s continued commitment to the ongoing process and seeing it come to an end.

You should provide the facts that you know so we can learn and get to the truth. What I am doing is making an assessment of what is available to me and state them as I see it.

My views are limited since owning the Forum . Any one who understands the Politics of Guyana and dig deeper will find out, what's taking place . Awhile ago i mentioned a few things ,it will come to pass.

There is more than what you see at the surface ,regarding the 2020 elections.

Its funny rass you live in the USA and knows what goes on in Guyana election 2020 but numerous appeals from posters to show your evidence of fraud and you fail to do so.

1. You claimed mercury rigged the election for PPPC... a election done with pencil and paper and count manually in the presence of 4 GECOM staff, polling agents from all contesting parties and observers.

2. You had claimed " NO AUDIO IS DONE AT POLLING STATION CALLING OUT VOTERS NAME"  when I confronted you with the evidence, you retract the statement that the audio you are listening to was distorted... you failed to provide that audio.

We found 39 boxes without foil and counterfoil, but the BALLOTS were stamped, official papers used. Lowenfield was to conduct an investigation as to what happen and nothing was done... but we are more interested in saying PPPC was stuffing boxes. The entire world has been bought out by the PPPC. Every observer to the elections and their entire countries are bought out. America, Canada, England Europe and Africa were all bought out by the PPPC.

The great Burnham rigged all his election but was smart not to rigged Region 6 ... PPP strong hold, but Lowenfield latest declaration shows APNU/AFC win Region 6... ayo bad fo days.

God help these people.

Hilarious ,you lived in Canada and in the know ,others who live abroad are  different.Takes special minds to believe there was no FRAUD in the 2020 Elections.

Stamped ballots doesn't mean ALL the votes are LEGIT ,if such was the scenario no need for the statutory documents to be used at Elections.

Who is we ? were you part of the counting of ballots ,sitting in Canada ?

"Valid vote" is evident in the Representation of the People's Act

The CEO cannot invalidate over 115,000 cast votes; it's that simple.

In simple terms an invalid vote is when the ballot paper:
a. does not bear the official mark/stamp
b. is marked for more than one candidates
c. no mark for any candidate
d. writing or any other mark not on a single candidate

For the few that said the recount is different, the recently concluded recount is a recount of the ballots cast, any other check of the box is for an elections petition after the declaration of the current election.

Observation reports from the recount can be used for the elections petition.

Over to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), the court that the Guyana laws permit us to use.
