The PPP had enough time to open an inquiry,they did not.

The PPP doesn't know what it wants. One moment they shouting the government should fight crime. The next moment they are complaining that the government is fighting the wrong crime, or going about it the wrong way. I thought (however, I stand corrected) that the matter of the phantom killings was looked into by the Justice Keith Messiah COI. If the Government wants to do this why not go back to 1962 to May 2015. The PNC does not have clean hands during the entire period. The PPP Cheddi and Janet Jagan forgave the PNC for all their criminal and murderous activities after winning the 1992 General Elections.
