Relevant sections of the constitution requires, as a minimum, two thirds support of the MPs.

 

For practical purposes, both the PPP/C and the PNCR cum AFC each has fifty percent of the votes.

 

In the past, the PNC later the AFC never made any presentations in parliament to make these changes to the constitution.

 

Interesting to see what may develop on this matter.
