Following the death of a passenger, those travelling on Caribbean Airlines flight BW 526 to New York were up to press time grounded at the San Juan Airport in Puerto Rico.

One passenger on the flight related to Stabroek News that around 8:47 PM the pilot announced that there was a medical emergency on board and they were being re-directed to Puerto Rico.

The flight which left the Cheddi Jagan International Airport at about 5:30 pm landed at the San Juan International Airport and Paramedics boarded in an attempt to resuscitate an elderly man who had lost consciousness.
These efforts proved futile and two hours after landing a Medical Examiner came on board to pronounce him dead.

You reminded me of Chameli who knows every citizen going in and out of Guyana. Just give her the flight # and she will give you the names of everyone on board.

Shut up and do something about that sour face. You're disrespecting the dead on your own thread. Bigots will do anything for attention.

LAST Monday night on my flight to Marid there was also a medical emergecy. it was over the Atlantic and they asked if there is a Doctor aboard, there were two.

Medical help was waiting when we touched down.

He's originally from my village and his Dad was the Mayjie. People of all religions lived in peace and harmony. The Mosque, Hindu and Aryan Temples were next to each other. The Dad went to Hajj in the 70s, returned very ill and died soon after.
