Gerhard’s Question - Sase, “do you believe the PNC will reintroduce the whole gamut of Burnham policies?”

This is a different time and thus one has to expect some difference although there are many of the same ilk who control powerful position in the PNC today. I do not think the people will allow any Government of Guyana, (PNC, PPP or AFC) to ban split peas and sardine.

What Cheddi and Burnham did will not happen at this time?

This is a different time.

However, I believe the APNU will re-establish itself over the nation in similar ways to what the PPP is doing today – control over the judiciary, the executive, all the government departments by populating them with YES MEN. Yes there are the PNC "Dharamlalls and Sattaurs" dribbling for their chance to continue this game. It is only a name difference but the characteristics is the same.

So the APNU or PNC will be no different from the PPP Government and might be worst since they still have it in their DNA to rig elections a-la August 2014 – PNC Congress.

After rigging come repression.
Just like how the Burnham regime escalated its repression against alternative view in particular the WPA in the past, I think Mr. Granger will. His short track record reveals a characteristics that I am very worried about. If one observes how he treated the local leadership in Linden, it provides a “trailer” on the full “movie”. What more would one want to see?

Only a political leader who does not care about the local political issues will visit a community like Linden for a political strategic meeting and marginalize the POPULAR local political boss just because they have a difference of opinion.

TRUST, I cannot TRUST Mr. Granger.

I have said it dozens of time on the Center for Guyana Page and I say it now on the AFC Page.

The PNC rigged the 2014 congress in Granger's favour.  This might have happened by people sympathetic to Granger.

The PNC again somehow got GECOM to rig the 2015 general election, which resulted in Surujbally having a nervous breakldown.

Sase Singh just echoed my sentiments.  Sase's insight is what was posted on GNI.  These utterences by Sase may not be his own.

Let's hear from TKbhai.
