Lots of indian sounding names in the below article being awarded contracts. Why no outcry by CaribJ and others of racism and rewarding friends and family? Or did these people finally concede that Black companies are not properly equip or qualified to fulfill these contracts?

Does Granger lack confidence in Black businesses ?

Why do you see racism in everything ?

Don't you think the most qualified person should be hired to do a job.

Oh, me forget...the PPP think less about quality  and place round pegs in square holes, with poor quality workmanship, that double contractor cost.

It is clear your bigotry and awfully corrupt disposition not only prohibits your ability ever to be able to reason; it increasingly drives you to the madness of imagined realities and presume they are of the real world. Your disposition has to be a consequence of direct damage to your mental faculties.  It is the reason I surmised your mama give birth to a blue baby and oxygen was late in coming to your rescue.

You and CaribJ were very vociferous when PPP award contracts, now the shoe is on the other foot, it appears that you feel no need to scrutinize as your people are now in office and the status quo is now acceptable.

CRITERION FOR AWARDING CONTRACTS:

"Ensuring as far as possible that when government contracts are awarded, a minimum of 50% of contractors and employees live in the administrative regions where the works will take place." -- APNU+AFC JOINT MANIFESTO 2015.

The "Indian sounding names" of the contractors mentioned have to be assessed in relation to the regions where the works will take place.

The publication of these names should not be used maliciously to run down Afro-Guyanese contractors and workers. That group has an experienced pool of masons, bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, plumbers, pipe-fitters, road builders and other skilled people.

Generally, Yuji seems to be good guy, but some where along the line, he seems to be overwhelming influenced by the PPP, that places him in an attitude  of starved logic and rationality. Not unlike many in the PPP.

His writings describe him to be young, immature and he allows his emotions to take control and overwhelm him.

Cassava Buckman, you are back with your nonsense again.

I do not know these people. When I do come to know who they are and if they are moses kin I will complain. I will also complain if it they fail to deliver. I do object to Bobby the boob getting any contract despite pre qualification. That is bogus given no other person was allowed to qualified. Plus, the contract needs to be broken up into parts with hospitals ordering directly from pharmaceuticals or from sources in process copy write/trademark  nations who produce some of these needed drugs cheaply

You and CaribJ were very vociferous when PPP award contracts, now the shoe is on the other foot, it appears that you feel no need to scrutinize as your people are now in office and the status quo is now acceptable.

The PPP award contracts to t he same cronies over and over. For example, Bobby the boob has no bid access to all things medical....bk all things construction and both failing consistently and still receiving PPP favors.

Read properly, BK was awarded 2 contracts despite their alleged incompetence. Why are you not speaking out against this travesty?

Contract awarded to Bk International for $74,644,350.
In Region #4 similar contracts were awarded to BK International for works at Mosquito Hall, Mahaica for $153,272,120.

Just goes to show that black people aren't racist like Indos.

Where is the ethnic cleansing that you all screamed would happen.

Better believe if these Indos, do as they did under the PPP, and only hire Indos, Granger will be getting a reaction from his base.

Contractors have to have the ability to mobilize working capital to get started. After 23 years of PPP racism, few blacks have the ability to do so.

We will see if the Indo contractors ignore the pool of black skilled workers, as they did over the past 23 years.

I will suggest to Granger that if they do so, and he does nothing, he will be sitting in the opposition in 2020, or even before.

The PPP saw to it that few of them would have the scale to handle these projects.

1.  If 5 years from now no blacks have the scale, then you can ask the question.

2. If the Indo contractors ignore blacks as employees and Granger does nothing, then he ought not scream when crime soars as black youths see no opportunities for them.  And neither should you if they target Indo businesses.

There is precedence to show that contractors get cash advances. Just before the May 11 elections the Health Ministry cut a $$millions cheque payable to New GPC for drugs not yet supplied.

You folks are hypocrites, you make up allegations to suit your political needs. Prior to the afc/apnu, you claimed that all these contractors got contracts due to cronyism , now it appears that you have retracted these allegations and suddenly BK and others are "qualified" to do the work.

Or could it be that Black companies are ill equip to carry out the specific contracts? You folks weaved quite a web but it got you into power as you fooled the people into thinking that their lives were bad, but now they see that it is worse under the AFC/APNU.

Druggie 23 years of Indian aggression against blacks.  PPP hostile to them.  Indo dominated private sector hostile to them.

Now Granger can select blacks who can then pocket money, as the contractor, and then using the Indos as the subs, basically suggesting to them that they get with the programs as that is the best that they will do.

To his credit, he hasn't done that, at least not yet.

So what is your point, aside from proving that 23 years of exclusion has made black contractors weak, and unable to handle large projects.

If the PPP and the Indo private sector has excluded them for 23 years how will you expect them to have the capital to suddenly compete?

I have been saying this very thing for a long time.  And in fact not only black contractors were locked out, but the Indo contractors even attempted to exclude the black skilled workers.

Your point druggie?

Tell you what.  Granger will get some black PNC types, give them contracts and have them hire the Indos as subs, until they no longer need them.

Will that make you happy, because that is what you seem to want.
