Guyana has high unemployment but there is a bigger crisis -  THOSE UNEMPLOYED ARE ALSO UNDERSKILLED.

Many of them have Grade 5 in Maths and English.

According to the CESC Website - Grade 5 means the student has limited grasps of the key concepts, knowledge skills and competence on the subject.

These 19-25 year old need night classes and day jobs.  They will remain poor if they continue to be so underskilled.

Job creation should have been a hot topic by now. But, for now they only concentrating on the thiefing. 

Education is free in Guyana.  Teachers left the country by the thousands.  Math teachers are few and blacks are not competent and Indians flee the country.

The Government is using up all the money to go after PPP members and this will leave the country a stagnant state.  No taxes and high raises will do the country in.

They better come up with a budget very soon or else.    They will have to borrow to pay their servants...

I often wonder this whenever I talk to you PPPites. You people always portray Blacks as some uneducated unaccomplished mentally and socially deficient race.

WHAT KIND OF BLACKS ARE YOU PEOPLE HANGING AROUND?

How come the overwhelming majority of Blacks I know are well educated middle class to upper middle class intelligent people who are socially a pleasure to be around?

If I had to choose between being around a crowd of PPP coolies and some random Black people. I'd choose the random Black people.
