Is it possible that some of these folks have children and/or grandchildren who handle these types of family business for them? I know my wife handled my father's social security affairs..taking him to the soc sec office, bank etc.
Now that all senior got their Social Security statement for 2018 income, many will now be paying $134 per month just for their Medicare coverage
This is just an 80/20 coverage.
It is also a limited health coverage
