It will not happen. We ALL know the GPF and GDF are packed with PNC supporters. The Civil Service also. Hopefully, the masses will finally see the light at the end of the Tunnel, able to think for themselves, not be FOOLED by the PNC and come together and DEMAND CHANGE, demand that there be good governance, that Taxpayers money are not wasted, that absolute Power is not going to be tolerated/ condone.

I know that Guyana is heading in the PIT, I warned people of the PNC but I guess Cool Aid and Snakeoil did a better jod that I did.

Let me ask a simple question to this village LUNGEERA Mr. NEHRU.

Was the PPP not in office for 23 years? Why did they not balance the 6,500 strong Guyana Police Force to make it reflect the society?

The whole world is in a mess. I could tell u ( not intended to un-nerve you, but for some people, it is a hope) Christ needs to come real soon. Maybe, He hasn't shown up yet because Enoch and Elijah too busy to come to tell the nations of the world to behave themselves. Perhaps, dey presenting a case that mankind is not worth their effort, and they quoting Jonah words to the people of Neneveh.

Is Guyana we dealing with.

The PPP balancing the police force would have caused a revolt by black people throughout the country. Percieved as being marginalized.

Indians in the past would tell of horror stories to survive in the police services. Of the few that joined, even in Colonial Times, a percentage dropped out citing discrimination.

The Guyana Police Force and the GDF is a black institution. They now fully rewarded by Granger.

If modernity is to come to Guyana, then, it would have to be this Black Government that does the honourable thing and balance the Disciplined Services.

It is has been said, a country is its people. You could start the trend of being decent citizens by stop labelling your fellow countrymen with derogatory names. Discussions doan go anywhere when people brings other peoples mothers into the fray of things.

Dude, Christ didn't do squat the last time he was here. It is a waste of time for him to come back.

Not quite, like Mohammed, he must have made quite an impression the last time he was here, else how can you explain 31% of the world still identifying as Christians after 2000 years.

Mainly from forced conversion during the middle ages. Once people are born into a system they mostly stay there. The ones who leaves are the ones who did some deep contemplation. That goes for people of all faiths.

Christians don't love Jesus with the same fervor as Muslims love Muhammad. Plus Christians don't practice Jesus teachings, they practice Paul's teachings. Just see how they cling to Paul's letters more than the Gospels.

The same can be said of the Muslims, many forced conversion, I can think of Pakistan and India.  But the fact remains that today these folks are no longer forced, however they continue to identify with the respective religion, Islam and Christianity.  Must be something to do with the message rather than the forced conversion.

I think of those Believers in Syria, the ones who claimed to be Christians from the time of Paul/Saul. Can you imagine being true to their faith for over 2000 years in the midst of Islam, where many of other believers converted. That must take some stamina in an ocean of differing opinions. Even ISIS could not convert them, that is some certainty of their beliefs. They are waiting for the second coming.

No doubt Muslims also forced others to convert to Islam. Denying this would be reckless. That is precisely why I shifted to a different aspect.
