Nandlall is one of the most educated and intelligent people in Guyana.

WHO CORRUPTED OUR COURT SYSTEM
Anil NANDLALL would like to wish-away his role as ATTORNEY GENERAL of Guyana during the latter period of PPP rule.
These "two by two" lawyers believe that the courts of Guyana is "JUST" - only when it rules in their favour; when it rules against them- they say "it is a bad ruling".
They then appeal to the highest court- which is now, the Caribbean Court of appeal - CCJ.
My very close association with Dr. Fenton RAMSAHOYE- our country's first Attorney General- has allowed me the opportunity to understand our legal system. Through him - I was able to understand that we have the MOST corrupt legal and judicial system in the English-speaking Caribbean.
" I will not soil my reputation to practice law in Guyana, infront of Judges who dont know the LAW", he told me repeatedly. He practiced in Trinidad.
Dr. RAMSAHOYE was fearless and frank. He spoke his mind and didn't bother about whom he annoyed. But he was quick to apologise, if he made a mistake or say things that he realised was incorrect.
He described Anil NANDLALL as a man who has no "CHARACTER"; after he reluctantly came to listen to a case that I had brought against the GUYANA RICE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION - the RPA - a PPP front organisation.
The RPA rigged all its elections of the organisation- in their favour. This went on for more than 40 years. And continues- as I write.
They did not know that I would have brought Dr. RAMSAHOYE to observe the hearing. He was livid from what saw of the Judge and NANDLALL.
NANDLALL was the defence lawyer for the RPA, who flittered about during the court hearing. He did not sit all the time to hear the matter. He behaved, as if he controlled the court and indeed he did.
The judge was a puppet of the PPP, DIANNE INSANALLY.
Judge Patterson- not the former GECOM chairman- had granted us, from the RPA ACTION COMMITTEE, the INJUNCTION restraining the RPA from conducting FRAUDULENT ELECTIONS.
But JUSTICE Patterson was REMOVED, shortly after he granted the injunction - transfered to Berbice and our case to dismissed by justice Insanally.
The details will be published in the form of a book to show the depths of immortality and indecency of the likes of ANIL NANDLALL and the corrupt system that he inherited- but continued to perpetuate. He brought no relief to the system of JUSTICE in Guyana.
Anil NANDLALL had requested me to seek the endorsement of Dr. RAMSAHOYE to do his PhD thesis on the great man, Fenton RAMSAHOYE, but that request was not granted due to the "character" of Anil NANDLALL!!
I would not give too much credit to Basil Williams, as a lawyer and our Attorney General, but under pressures he did carry out legal reforms that allowed us a level of justice that NANDLALL now enjoys.
We need legal minds that have CHARACTER. Our magistrates and Judges come DIRECTLY from the LEGAL profession and if they are NOT HONEST and sincere lawyers- they can never be good magistrates and Judges.
Guyana suffers from a legal malaise; where most lawyers are corrupt and highly IMMORAL.
The poor and the oppressed gets NO JUSTICE, because the members of the legal profession are not PROFESSIONALS; they just collect their clients money and do NOT prepare cases in the BEST interest of the Clients.
I have a case infront of the top judge, who ruled against my opponent, when I had to fight down my lawyer to agree on what the top judge had ruled later in favour.
Before the ruling of the Judge, my lawyer said in anger:" you shoud go and represent yourself".
Damn well, I should because I am having to fight my lawyer to study my case and fight in my interest.
But do we as litigants have any opportunity to represent ourselves?.. NO. I appear for myself infront of JUSTICE Ramlall and he said that I shoud get a Lawyer.
I challenged him and when I referred him to the "McKenzie friend case" - where a man, who was not a lawyer, appeared for a friend in the court in Australia, Ramlall took me outside and agree that I was right- that anyone can represent him or herself. Where is the JUSTICE ??
I prepared my case and filed it in the normal way. I knew my case and I know that I could present it to the judge in a dispassionately manner. Judges and magistrates are members of a club, which they have to preserve and maintain for their own interest and sanity.
We can complain to the OFFICE OF THE CHANCELLOR OF THE JUDICIARY against a lawyer. Would we get any satisfaction?..I am yet to hear about any case where a lawyer has paid the penalty of mishandling a client case.
The ATTORNEY GENERAL is the legal adviser to the government of the day and that office must be a NON PARTY political one, if it is to function- professionally and effectively. That does not happen in Guyana.
We have the worst legal and judicial system that must undergo FUNDAMENTAL changes, if we are to reach international standards.

Is this true ??

Django buddy, I have a major plumbing project that I am working on. Don't have all the time now. Whose Guyana is it anyway? Negroes or the natives or all people? How come negroes do not want to play fair and want all of Guyana for themselves?

You see how them bun dunk Minneapolis. Hope you are not too close to the epicenter of the furnace.

As I said before, the strength of a black man lies in a single match. I do sympathize with the black community and support their peaceful protest until changes occur. Their actions to burn and loot the same businesses that support them are reprehensible. It seems that they only need a small provocation to go on a rampage.
The four policemen should be arrested and charged.
What is also sad is that a lot of the small businesses that were burnt down were those of minority(Latino and Africans(from Africa). That is Minnesota nice for you. It looks like only white people are nice.
Some of the same businesses they burnt down employ their people.
They have moved the attention away from the victim. It's an injustice they have placed on the families of the victim.

I thought about your safety . They arrested CNN reporter and crew, yet they can't arrest the police that killed Floyd.

Trump tweeted to Shoot looters, Why he did not say, They are GOOD people on both sides?? Bloody Racist.

It's a fluid situation. The policeman who killed the man had numerous complaints against him. He was reprimanded and discipline twice. Some of these guys don't live in Minneapolis. They live in the suburbs about 20 miles away.

Your state is mainly Whites, I noticed the protest is 50/50. Burning businesses would cause the loss of many jobs at this difficult time.

The area of disturbance is mostly minorities. There are whites who have had a bad experience with police protesting too. You know, like the guys who got stop for minor offences and were treated cruelly.
