As the dust settles and emotions are calm, I realize I cannot turn my back on the party myself and family sacrifices our lives for.

I recall as a kid my dad along with another party stalwart lifting Dr Jagan on their shoulder walking him towards the podium for a public meeting in Enmore.

Our aim and objective is to get the PPP back in office. Comrade Irfaan need our support and he will have mine,  unite we must to put PPP back in government.

Long Live The PPP.

Gilly you raise questions as to why all the other candidates fell into line, 3 withdrawing and don't forget about the 24 who voted for Ali.  All are accountable for this travesty, including Anthony, Gail and Persaud. They all protecting future soup from the spigot.

I shall never get tired of stressing that the PPP is not one man, not Jagdeo. The PPP contains multitudes. Sure, many were stunned yesterday, but today is a new day and general elections are fast approaching. PPP supporters can't afford the luxury to moan and groan over Irfaan. Time to buckle up for the Cup. The PNC and its AFC puppet must go.

Yesterday Irfaan said a PPP TEAM will work with him as President. That's the way to go; no one man show.

We must support the better one of the two evils.

Prior to the elections in 2015, many PPP supporters misguided efforts to be magnanimous caused them to shift their support away from the PPP toward the Coalition. As a result, they ended up with giving the mostly PNC coalition the license to marginalize them. The PNC supporters don't care about being magnanimous. They are contented with having the PNC in power and only speak against the PNC when the PNC doesn't give then what they want. Peruse the past three plus years and look for instances where the PNC supporters oppose the Coalition government over any action that affects PPP supporters specifically. Therefore, it is foolheartedly to insist on being magnanimous when the wolf (PNC) is about to pounce on you. Politics is not preaching and even preaching is not pure. THINK!

The Ali win is no surprise since he was one of the two front runners. Irfaan Bharat Ali is a winning team. PNC slop can cannot defeat the PPP. Dress up a jackass and it will beat the PNC, that’s how hapless they are.

PPP must NOT listen to any slop can crew. Jagdeo, Irfaan and the military man Mark Phillips as PM is a winning combination hands down !

PPP PPP PPP PPP !!!!!!

Long live Irfaan Bharat Ali !!!!
