My wife told me about this Maypole dancing in Berbice as a young 'un, I don't remember anything of the sort in G'town.
Has anyone here taken part in this or heard of this or could it be that my wife was abducted by aliens as a child?

where in Berbice is your wife from. We had it also but as part of a church festivities

she possibly knows me. 20 dollars was a lot in the 70's. It was actually 10 US and you can surely have done a lot with it.
