What of IrFRAUD Ali and his 19 charges? Still can’t face a day in court yet but quick to bring Lowenfield to court for carrying out his constitutional duty!

Who or what is stopping the powers that be from hauling his ass to court?. Lowenfield was summoned to court for fraud and misconduct. But rest assured, not a damn thing will happen to him.

Retired Colonel George Gomes recently came to the defense of Keith Lowenfield, the embattled GECOM CEO. In a letter sent to the press Gomes claimed he was defending Lowenfield against attacks on his integrity by the opposition.
However, Gomes defense of Lowenfield has more to do with preservation of corruption and him defending his own interest.
Gomes' company, Kalibur Security has been given hundreds of millions of dollars worth in contracts to provide security services at GECOM by Lowenfield.

INNOCENT until proven guilty.

Same way you don't want IrFRAUD to face his criminal CHARGES, why should Lowenfield be forced to face his?

Stop with your hypocrisy.

What nonsense! Irfan Ali was accused(unproven allegations). Lolofeel had publicly declared false numbers to disenfranchise over 200,000 voters. He publicized and published his criminal act(s). This is the new talking point instruction you got?

Stop with your hypocrisy.

You and your PNC been trying for years to put a hold on Dr. Ali, even making false claims, yet you come up short. Maybe the PNC lawyers don't worth 3 cents and need to be schooled by the PPP graduates.

Lolofield is a modern day criminal, thieving in Bright day light. He lies till he forgot the truth. I say, lock his ass up.

Look at the archive for my comments about Irfaan fraud charges.

1. Now lets go back to your first sentence "INNOCENT until proven guilty".. was Irfaan found guilty? the answer is NO  .. but you add fraud to his name and is asking me to stop my hypocrisy.

2. What message is Lowenfield sending to the court by staying away from these charges.

You must be one of those BICYCLE lawyer asking those questions.

She should shatup, claiming to be a lawyer and asking such silly questions, exposing her lack of knowledge.

Pretending to be a lawyer is a criminal offence. Is she braking the law ?

According to Quora,  If you claim to be an attorney, but do not impersonate a specific lawyer, and do not actually practice law, it is unlikely to be illegal. It depends on exactly what you do while you are pretending to be a lawyer.

Well, assuming that she is not a lawyer, she has boldly declared that she is a lawyer and made pronouncements and decelerations on legal matters. Given the situation in Guyana, I hope that PPP drags a wide net. U.S authorities may be contacted and rightfully so.

U.S Secretary of State asked his staff to compile a list.

This is a slippery slope.

Aren't u going a little too overboard here chap? Everybody pretends to be something or someone or the other. Don't dwell of the small stuff. It leads nowhere.

Please provide certified proof that IrFRAUD attended the higher education schools he claimed to have attended.

CERTIFIED copies only. Thanks.

Irfaan Ali got a degree from a non-existent university in the West Coast Demerara.  For the PPP that was enough to make him their presidential candidate.  Anyone who could pull that off is worthy to lead a party of crooks.  Jagdeo was impressed.  Of course, the  general election boiled down to race and even if the PPP ran a dog named Irfaan or Drupattie a whole bunch of coolie people would have voted for it.  Right here on this forum this disgusting attitude is on display for the world to see.

Guys, let's be fair to Rochelle. Personally I accept that she has a background in Law. Her opinions may differ from yours but that's no reason to question her credentials in Law. Everyday in any given court, lawyers disagree and argue but they don't say "wheh yuh get yuh law degree fram?" In short, focus on the substance of Rochelle's comments, not on her personal attributes or qualifications.

Issue specifically relates to Keith Lowenfield.

His actions are questionable hence they are to be resolved in the Courts.

The magistrate has ordered police to serve the charges on Lowenfield; hence one needs to see how this matter will develop at the scheduled next hearing on July 24, 2020.

She said that she is a Wall Street executive at a Big Bank.

Hehe I worked at 2 of the largest Wall Street Banks no lawyer with a Guyanese sounding accent there. Lol.

It is incorrect to say that all  persons can be identified by their accent.

For decades,  I work with international organizations, why was no one able to identify my nationality by my 'Guyanese accent' ?  All Guyanese don't retain their accent. Also,  in a large firm, all persons can't know everyone else.  We worked with a company of more then 5000 employees, how can everyone know each other ?

Bai Tola, that is not true. I worked as an IT contractor for Morgan Stanley and even though I was in Minnesota, I spoke to a few Guyanese who worked there. You don't know everyone else, but you know a few. MS had over 60,000 employees then.

Alena has worked at the two largest Wall Street banks over 24 years. The legal department of those banks are generally small and employees are listed on the company directory. The Guyanese community on Wall Street is a very very small community.  We kinda know each other.
