Dude,
We have to all assume that everyone is wrong in our own personal networks for now and just wait on GECOM.
I'm of the opinion that APNU may have eeked out a narrow victory but wouldn't be shocked that the PPP/C wins with a 3,000 vote majority.
So for now, I've decided I'm not going on this rollercoaster ride from these idiots in Georgetown who can't seem to add 400,000 votes properly.

Well, you take a rest while I go on the roller coaster. GECOM said clearly that no party should assume victory until the official announcement is made. However, APNU+AFC is declaring victory while the count is still going on.
GNI folks agree that the game is over and want PPP to throw in the towel. That cannot happen. People want to disenfranchised half of Guyana population to get an easy win. There is no easy win in a closely contested election.

Based on our observations of the polling, counting, and tabulation process and the conclusions reached by other international observer missions, we continue to assess that the election process was free and fair. We remain confident in the Guyana Elections Commission's ability to deliver credible results that accurately reflect the way votes were cast by the Guyanese people on May 11. We urge the Guyana Elections Commission to continue with its important tabulation work and to provide verified results at the earliest possible opportunity.
The United States Embassy understands the Guyanese people's desire to see the final results of these elections. It is important, however, to provide the Guyana Elections Commission the time and space to conclude its work. We urge the people of Guyana to continue to exercise patience.

Unverified areas are mainly in South Gtwn. No PPP votes there.

APNU showed their numbers. The PPP didn't so APNU numbers are more credible.
In addition the PPP began to cry that Amazonian PNC women were threatening their polling agents, forcing them to flee. Obviously they knew that it was Gtwn which caused them to lose this election.
They were warned that their shabby treatment of Gtwn would have repercussions and now it has. Fact is that the margin of victory in Gtwn for APNU AFC offset the larger number of votes which the PPP obtained outside of Gtwn.
Now imagine if the PPP was kinder to Gtwn. Maybe they might still be in power!
