Experienced Code & Zoning Analyst

compensation: ample, including health benefits - 90K/YR
employment type: full-time

We Provide Professional Services for Construction Goals. Our clients include Architects, Attorneys, Building Construction Companies, Design Consultants, and Engineering Firms. They want to "build it" and they come to us for consultation on zoning, filing, permits, and advice on a host of other issues related to building construction and municipal requirements compliance.

As a Code and Zoning Analyst and a "go to" for technical questions, you will proactively investigate issues brought to your attention and your contribution will be a backbone for the services we offer.

You will be involved with projects prior to filings and conduct research to determine feasibility as well as recommend expediency to secure construction approvals that will be compliant with NYC code, fire code, and zoning regulations.

When necessary, we'll count on your attendance and supportive participation at Department of Buildings (DOB) meetings and other appointments.

On typical days you will review projects to prevent violations as you ensure that plans and drawings accurately represent code and zoning requirements for various aspects and stages of construction from pre-design to completion including interior and exterior alterations, renovations, repairs, additions, extensions, etc.

Let's talk if you're curious about learning more because additional details can be provided and we are looking forward to hearing from you!
