Yes he submitted Ryhaan Shah, a known racist (like you), Norman Mclean and Gerry Gouveia.

Clearly Jagdeo was having a joke.  No sane person in Guyana would consider that these people would have been suitable.  In addition most of the others named also had PPP bias.

As long as Jagdeo continues to give the PNC crooks discomfort he is good to have around.
