For the record:

 

There is a Government. The PPP/C is the Government of Guyana. And will remain so until lawful election results are declared from which we expect the PPP/C to be returned to Government for a full five year term.

 

There is no question whatsoever of any instability. Any attempts to foment instability will be dealt with according to law.
