Jeez, these guys are so obvious. After Indira Gandhi's assassination, Rajiv started wearing bulletproof vests but never let anyone know.
It's a display what the country have become ,criminalized since 1997. High power weapons in civilian hands.
Prior to 1992 no bullet proof vests was needed.
It seems these bullet proof vests, if that's what it is, come with arm bands of the same colour. I've never seen them with arm bands.
I meant cuffs.

To be fair, prior to 1992 if you wanted to buy a bullet proof vest you would not be able to find one to purchase. Then again, you would also have been unable to purchase many basic food staples.

Well whaddya know. Guyana has a Chatree SMURF.
Back in the days, dem use to make bullet proof vest with card board and tentest sheets.
Anyway, when I was in China I saw how they were using layers of silk to make bullet proof vests. Because of it lightness, it was first choice for the army.
The Mongols used to wear a silk garment under their armour. If pierced, the silk permits a clean wound. Interesting how an old approach is improved for the modern world, speaking of silk and bullet proof vests.

I am living in your head for FREE. Keep on wondering who is KP.

You're lucky to be living anywhere at all given your hoodlum tendencies. No one wonders who you are. No one. It is good enough to know that you proudly proclaimed here you were part of a PNC unit shaking down Indian businesses for shit laced duck curry and banks beer. And you proudly "jumped in with one foot" to such a venture.
That you are so proud of this brazen, dishonest, teefing behavior is testament to what a slimeball you are. Dirtbags like you can't live anywhere in my presence, especially in my head. Now haul yuh nasty, dutty, creepy, effeminate, lisp speaking self dah side.
