I was wondering how is it we were hearing about the police hunting down and killing criminals, not too long ago, and now, nothing??? Has crime taken a holiday now?

The Police are doing a great job going after criminals.  Every three months a black man gets killed for committing a serious offense and some people go bananas. The afros protest and become rowdy.  The token Indians blame the PPP.  They claimed that you can't arrest black people.

Former member is fulla shit. Yes, I believe Indos lead the charge in suicides but u cannot blame any govt  for this  it's all about individual mindset. Nothing political about this.

Shouldn't the government take measures to educate the populate, address mental health issues, and alleviate miserable living conditions that lead to depression and a general tendency to suicide?

Anta, the Govt. Any Govt. Could do everything u mentioned and more . But it boils down to the individual. Once people make up their minds that they're gonna do something, chances are they will.

Concerning the miserable living conditions, the government is building 50,000 housing units all over the country.
