some people have drugs or adult stuff delivered to a nearby address because they don't want their spouses to know. I remember a case here in NJ where guys were using stolen credit cards and having stuff they purchased online delivered to vacant houses. they would be waiting in their cars and then pick up after the delivery left.

funny thing is, the white people, including a lot of women are stealing packages.
