How do we deal with this situation - land grabbing, sqaatting in Tiger Bag, Pigeon Island, Pastic City amoung other areas?

Your buddy Moses doesn't have a solution to the problem? Those of us who live in NA will have our houses taken away and given to the destitutes.
That is the PNC's solution.
