Now that Mr. Nagamatoo is recovering from major surgery, at an undisclosed hospital, in the USA, I wonder who will be footing the bill for such. I was made to understand that Dr. Jagan delayed heart surgery twice in order to save money. So, I am wondering who will be paying Nagamottoo's medical expenses. My fervent hope it is not the Guyanese Tax Payers.

The AFC scumbags were complaining about PPP MP's travelling abroad for treatment and that they should seek treatment locally. Like everything else, the liar Moses never practices what he preaches.
He should pay for his personal expenses if he decides to travel abroad for treatment. How about the government pay for every rice farmer's and sugar worker's heart treatment abroad ?
