All of you are deeply mistaken. The AG is a very intelligent man. Trust me.

If the AG is as clever as I know him to be, then I suspect he will be creating issues which he can litigate in case the PPP loses the elections.

Guyana does have precedent that an election held under unconstitutional conditions can be nullified by the courts after the holding of that election.

Once again, the PNC was kind enough to create this precedent.

I suspect the PPP is fabricating evidence of election irregularities.

A better strategy would be a wholesale attack on the constitutionality of the elections since they were called prior to Parliament's dissolution.

In which case the PPP would be admitting to an unconstitutional act by President Donald Rabindranath Ramotar.

I agree Fish.

Basil Williams, Professor Duke Pollard, former Justice of the CCJ among many others said that the date was unconstitutional.

However abbe bright bai Nandababa swore it was perfectly constitutional.

Now they have a choice and it seems they're trying to remain consistent even at the price of surrendering their bestest legal argument. I don't know why all of a sudden a lil hypocrisy bothers them.

Which election was that?

So Janet Jagan was denied pension after that?  I don't think you have the whole thing correct.  I don't think the entire results were deemed "null and void" maybe only certain processes.
