Fuel your brain with eggs. To be more specific, egg yolks.

Scientists say egg yolks are one of nature’s natural sources of choline, a nutrient that is essential for healthy brain function.

Choline is needed to make acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that brain and muscle cells need to function properly.
The recommended amount of choline per day is 425 mg.
Just eating two eggs a day can help you achieve the recommended amount of choline. And eating eggs yolks won’t hurt your cholesterol.

In fact, researchers found that people who ate two eggs a day had the same or lower cholesterol levels after 12 weeks.
