I saw this on the Rachael Ray show and it only takes five minutes and it is delicious


1 can chick pea
1 celery stalk diced (finely)
1/2 sweet red pepper diced (finely)
a dash of raspberry vinagrette salad dressing
a dash of lemon juice
a dash of black pepper

drain and wash brine off chick peas
place in a bowl
add all ingredients and toss thoroughly until coated. Can be served as a salad or a meal.

For non-vege you can add a can of tuna for flavour.

Enjoy.
