I heard about Ray's Backdam but I never visited or intend to do so. The name scared me off. Lol

You may lose the Moderator job if you stray over there, but it is sometimes good to check out the competitions. Rochelle is active in the Backdam, guess she love the fresh coconuts.

No thanks

Don't knock it if you don't know it. It is very peaceful in your hammock under the coconut trees.

GNI had competition by Nuff, one of GNI's top posters before Ray's Backdam. That site didn't last for long. I wish your Backdam the best of success. Personally, I don't care to jump around.

Nuff was good with technical skills but maybe management wasn't his forte. Ray has good management skills. One has to know when to hold then and when to fold them.

Let me tell you a little story of my own. I had a cricket club that I started from scratch. Over time, when the players understand the true meaning of cricket, most of them wanted to walk in my shoe. Today, there are about six clubs that were born and die through failures. Ask Shiek 101, he was one of my players at the end before I call it quits. I then took up a position in the leagues to promote cricket in the U.S. I serve as Secretary, Treasurer, and VP of Eastern American Cricket Association, and Nassau/ New York Cricket Association. Great experience, but there is time for everything. I am now free from all of that in the past. I understand the nature of Guyanese.
