some observers, including the British HC, said that they did not see evidence of any inconsistencies. He also said they investigated some reported ones (did not say which ones) and did not see any evidence of improper behavior.

With reference to results - if there was a mistake on any statement it has to go back to place of polling for correction and then returned - this takes time.
