Heavy rainfall has caused flooding in and around the capital city of Georgetown causing some businesses and schools to close. In downtown Georgetown, Courts on Main Street is closed due to 12 inches of flood water on the ground floor of the building. Flooding in Kingston has rendered some parts "almost impassable".

I agree! They're all incompetent of doing anything right. I am still pissed to see an American teaching "Guyanese road construction workers" how to to paint a straight white line on the road. That took the cream out of me. Are Guyanese that stupid or rum eat out their brains?
