You should listen to the discussion, Prak responded to why the AFC form an alliance with APNU.  Dr. Ramaya was there, off course he said it's a lie, actually he is the brother of Charrandas. I didn't know that they are related.

I watched the show, whose word would you take ? . By the way noticeably most of  the comments doesn't reflect a wide cross section of Guyana, also the attendees.

Ramayya did call Charrandas his brother but I think he said it as a respectful gesture.

Ram being much smarter than Ramjattan was able to calmly express indignation for Ramjattan's arguments. Ramjattan on the other hand gets heated too quickly and it shows. He has many instances of anger. But he also had some light moments and although his closing statement concretes his and the Coalition government's obstinacy, there were moments which seem like he was contemplating some of the information being exchanged. The AFC needs to separate itself from the PNC and remain separated from the PPP in order to rebuild that hope that many Guyanese once had in them. They have no independence being part of the PNC. Lets face it. There is no APNU. All the small parties that make up the APNU have no independence. They have to dance to the PNC's tune. AFC is now forced to dance to the PNC's tune too. None of those are good for the AFC. And yes, the comments were mostly critical of the Ramjattan and by extension, the Coalition government but that could be because of the general makeup of the people making the comments. In the end, Ramjattan cannot match wits with Ram. That said, Ram should trim his hair.

The only thing that is relevant to Guyana is that on December 21, 2018, a NCV was successfully carried against the Coalition government and early elections has to held within 90 days. That was the essence of Mr. Ram's entire travel to New York for this discussion.
