The respective parties are in possession of the data from the SOP's. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to count them.

You are talking to an idiot who believes we should recount until the PPP achieves a desired number. There is process and it has to be followed. You cannot have SOPS not like the outcome they point to and then go cherry picking for votes. This is awful and compromises the integrity of the process. GECOM is there to facilitate the process not circumvent it

* Both Nagamootoo and Ramotar said they counted the SOPs and both claimed victory.

* But since Ramotar went to UG and Nagamootoo got advanced degree from UWI----the Rev figured Nagamootoo was better at ARITHMETIC.LOL

* And so I accepted the coalition word that they have won the election.

Base, let us be fair here. It looks like the PPP wants to drag this on until they achieve the desired result.

President Carter wants the results announced and this is in the best interest of Guyana.

Regardless of what the election commission announce, I think that the coalition won by a narrow margin.

Let every single vote be counted, so who ever wins ,, will win square and fair. If you voted wouldn't you want your vote be counted, if not next time no need to vote. But on the other hand disclose what you have already counted, this is to keep the calm, this will disallow the political parties from speculating.

CHECK THIS:

OK! THESE ARE THE NUMBERS ACCORDING TO GECOM

157,347 = APNU/AFC

157,304 = PPP/C

* APNU leads by 44 votes

* THERE ARE 490 POLLING STATIONS REMAINING TO BE COUNTED

276+ from region 4

97 from region 5

22 from region 6

63 from region 7

1 from region 8

RE: REGION 8

1791 votes -APNU

1837 votes-PPP

* PPP leads by 54 votes---1 polling station to come in.

BOTTOM LINE:

* Too close to call.
