May be.  How did they rig the election.   I know lots of Indians migrated to NA. I also know that many went back to vote.

It seems that there are about 61,000 more votes than the previous election. Any explanation for this paradigm shift?

I have said it before, Guyana has closed to 1 million people and our esteem forum owner said he believe that is so... its in the archives... my conclusion of this was base on the increase importation for our business (food stuff) and the distribution country wide and we are NOT the only importer. Major food  companies from Trinidad is in Guyana. Banks DIH has now entire the auto importation... ayo figure it out.

Half the Population is below the age of eighteen years old. when you combine that to the voter's list, you will find that population is really close to one Million People.

How can the PPP be the rigger when the PNC controlled all the voting process apparatus and personnel?

The recount achieved its purpose..Even if you tally the alleged discrepancies and investigate them it does not change the results..Would Gecom launch a probe into Mingo's fraud since its all clear as day now?

The Guyana Population grew.   The kids between the ages 13 and 17 inclusive became voters.    Migrants and the dead were left on the list.

You have identified the statistical evidence of fraud.  It is impossible that  the electorate grew by that much.  With a population of 740,000 (CIA figure) at most there should have been about 480,000 on the voters list.  There were about 660,000.  Moreover, if as it appears , 460000 or so voted it means a turnout of 96% (using the number that should have been on the list).  Even in countries where it is an offence not to vote turnouts are not this high.  There is further statistical evidence of fraud in the turnout rate for District 4 versus the rest of the country but that has been covered elsewhere.

All the Key riggers from the PNC were provided sanctuary at  Freedumb House by Jagdeo. Was anyone of those riggers charged for fraud during the 23 years the PPP was in power? No. Instead some were kept on the payroll as advisors and some given concessions of land and mining. I will have to check the archive for my posts in 2015.

No Guyana doesn't have 1 million people ,data shows otherwise ,also never claimed the country have the amount of people.

Using food import to calculate a country population may be an overstretch. Census are done every 10 yrs so in 2022 there will be another census. Don't forget full data of the  2012 Census  wasn't released until  2015 when the Coalition government came to power, preliminary release was in June 30, 2014 .

Sometimes fictitious figures are used to justify deceitful practices.

GECOM will take three days to deliberate the findings of the recount report ,then a declaration be made .Recount should finish today ,so by Wednesday or Thursday the public will know.

I worked as the Presiding Officer for one of the Ballot Box that was caption "Electoral Fraud at Enmore Hope Primary School" .
Let me be Specific about my Professional Life:
I worked in a Banking Industry for 6 plus years, held several Management Positions in Reputable Private Organizations and Currently an Investigatator at one of the Highest Public Office in this Country ..none of Which I was involved in any scandal.
My reason for mentioning my Professional Life is to let everyone know I did not work Election Day for the Money as some would say. It was done to ensure that there was a transparent process on that day.
For those that know me, knows one thing for sure about me, Unethical Issues I don't get involve, so fraud ?Electoral Fraud ??? I AM AGAINST that.
According to the Post the 72 UNUSED ballots that are missing, POs were instructed via a Whatsapp Group that was created for Election 2020 to put the Unused Ballot into the Bags and not the Box. This was not my decision, this was an Instruction that was sent in the Group Addressed to the Presiding Officers which I followed.
This didn't just happen Enmore Hope Primary School it happened at other places outline in an Article posted by news room. Below are attachments that shows :
