Is it possible that:

a) Indian and Amerindian women are not interested in this type of training?

and 

b) The location makes it difficult to access for others besides Afros who might live in the area.

why not.  When you all get back in you will do as you did and ensure that all leadership slots are controlled by Indians. You will leave blacks to perform the low paid or dangerous jobs as this is all you think that they are fit for.

When asked why few blacks were in leadership slots you all screamed that blacks are suited only to be policemen and low level civil servants.  Well maybe Indos are also not "suitable" for these jobs.

If you didn't encourage anti black racism and scream "ahbe pan tap, black man time done" and swear that no black would ever be president again I would have sympathy for you.

And btw a more accurate depiction of "black" in Guyana is 40% given that many do have non Afro ancestry (or think that they do) so self identify as mixed.  I bet Granger's kids are in this category and they aren't going to vote PPP.

The vast majority of female teachers and nurses in Guyana are black or mixed.   The Indo Nazis are full aware of this but love to disguise their own racism by imputing to others what they are.

I will be interested in them showing us a cocktail reception in GT so we can see who they real movers and shakers are instead of screaming about a job which pays little and offers few opportunities for upward mobility.....in other words work that they used to derisively scream was fit only for "lazy black women".  These guys lack respect for any job unless it pays well and teaching tiny kids doesn't achieve this goal any where in the world.

So go and see all the rich Indos who Jaggy hangs out with when he discusses his money making deals.

Afros have a very open notion of who is "black".  Even some Indos run around calling themselves "black" and are accepted as such.  You might be shocked to hear what your North American grand kids call themselves.

So a mixed person who is part black will more likely be fully accepted as "black" if they wish to be.  A part Indo person will remain non Indo unless they look Indo.
