RIO DE JANEIRO/LONDON — As the weeks ticked down to Brazil's biggest-ever oil auction, state-run Petrobras held increasingly frantic talks to find potential partners, with the heaviest blow coming when major Exxon Mobil Corp pulled out days before, according to six people familiar with the matter.

I don’t think people grasp the shift that has occurred over the past few years and accelerated under Trump!

Opening up American lands for exploration and lifting that ban on exports have changed the dynamics of global oil!

Trump plans on making America the world energy super power is coming together. Even the Saudis are feeling it! No longer will the tail wag the dog! Guyana better don’t think they big and bad!

Trump nah deh down heh! I read he contemplating sending 10k combat troops into Mexico and LATAM to destroy the drug cartels in an anti-ISIS style operation! The killing of the Mormon families and the refugee crisis are his pretext!
