Mendes is making a mint from Jagdeo/Ali.  This would be all well and good if there weren't rules on the financing of political parties

that begs the question as to where the money to pay Mendes is coming from.

Lots of players in the game since oil was found in Guyana. Front man wants to control the country wealth ,so they can split up some of the proceeds .Surprisingly almost half of the population in the country can't envision such.

So now people bellyaching about who paying for legal services? What happened when the PNC wasted tons of taxpayers dollars on all the cases they lost by first having defective arguments and second hiring incompetent representatives.

Mendes has earned every dollar he was paid. He helped rid Guyana of the PNC parasites. Never again will the PNC be in government in Guyana. It must make them really miserable they will not be able to squander all that oil money.

Don't deflect--the question of who is paying Medes' bill is legitimate.  The PPP is a political party governed by party financing rules.  If the PPP is paying Mendes what is the source of the funds?

And yet you stated on FB how you are having miserable long days since March. On your Fagbuddies forum, you said how GNI is dead. Thanks for raising some spirits here.

Did you or did you not say that the PPP will never win another elections just because the Indian population is declining? Did I not warn you on many occasions that you were making a huge mistake believing that the PPP is an Indian party and cannot get votes from other races? What have you done with your crystal ball bai?

The evidence uncovered in the recount together with the testimony of Lowenfield should be enough to convince the court that the election results do not reflect the will of the people. Is this what Jagdeo is trying to forestall?

Jagdeo is not involved in anything. He does not have control over the courts.

The intl community, Caricom report, and recount confirmed a free and fair election was held.

You are hanging your hopes on a miracle, not reality.

In any country in the world if the Chief Elections Officer goes to court and testifies that the results of a plebiscite do not reflect the will of the people it would be all that is required to annul such results.  Mr. Lowenfield has already said as much.   Jagdeo is involved in the elections petition because as leader of the PPP he is a respondent. It is required that he be served with required documents.  He claims that he wasn't properly served.  This is a procedural tactic meant to delay the proceedings.  What do you mean he is not involved?  He is in the thick of things and afraid of the outcome.

No matter who is the president of Guyana, Jagdeo is the main controller of everything that takes place in the PPP, including the CC. Where there is no election, but selection.

Cross him in the PPP and you rass is out the door forever, for others to deal with. He is arrogant, nasty and vindictive, who will even ignore his voters after an election.

He is scared shyteless what the election petition will find about election fraud by the PPP.

It is the coalitions right to file elections petition. But if the whole world said it was rigged, its hard not to side with them.

Nevertheless, this will be entertaining to watch, especially if/when it will go to CCJ.

It appears as if the PPP is panicking over the elections petitions.  The partisan prosecution of Lowenfield et al. is aimed at somehow neutralizing their testimony.   It won't work.  It simply exposes the dictatorial nature of the PPP.
