Me is shocked that today is Memorial Day and no one started a thread in memory of all that happened, especially the NY and NJ recently dead. Not a word from anyone, you all are truly nasty people.

U know, u are absolutely rite. Even tho Memorial day is for the remembrance of war victims a thread for those unfortunate souls who lost their live during this pandemic should be in order.

I agree with Terry, but many don't know what patriotism is to even whisper a word of sacrifice and service to country.

Immigrants after the second world war to America and previously held up the principles of what it is to be an American.

Immigrants, these day only bad mouth the country. Saw Fareed Zaksomething on CNN last night on the COVID and China. That Pakistani couldn't venture to speak the truth in Pakistan yet he abuses that AMERiCAN previlige being ignorant to The Great Trump. His piece was more about Trump than how the virus infected the whole world, instantaneously.

Thanks Chief and congrats to you too - 5 grandkids!!!

Our oldest grand is 12yrs and the youngest is 5months

since she is most likely our last grand, it has been a very difficult time for us not being able to get our snuggle time with her. only got to hold her 4 times in January and then all the restrictions came and we only see her from a distance now. we do regular driveway visits but it's not the same.

Praying for an end to this soon.
