Thanks for posting this Amral, I agree with your suggestion for Mr. Granger.

Guyana need to grow for all equally.

Even though I read his book, him reading  that part again is significant to my memory of growing up in logies at Albion and Port Mourant, where my mother was born and went to school with him.

When a water snake appears in my gir-gerra while guuking hole in the trench for fish, I would abandon it in the trench and go home for long bamboo pole to retrieve it, most times with the snake still trapped in the net. Scaring me like hell.

Fond memories of walking home from August [First] Monday races at Port Mourant with my shoes on my shoulder. They were stiff black leather and hard on the feet.

But eating one whole pine-apple by myself, dripping on my shirt, was worth the walk back to Albion.

If David Granger will have a panoramic view on developing Guyana which include the visions of the late Dr. Cheddi Jagan, Guyana indeed will progress in the preferred direction.

The developments in the next year, and in particular the focus presented within the next one hundred days after the official swearing-in ceremonies will be of interest.
